Putnam Plaza: Dana Young, 30, of Yonkers was charged July 24 around 2 p.m. with petty larceny , a misdemeanor, after she stole more than $350 worth of baby formula from the Hannaford's supermarket. Officer Christopher Fox made the arrest. Young is due in Town Court on Aug. 16.
